Do I need a monthly subscription to use Norixa planners?

No! Unlike many other digital tools and cloud apps, all Norixa planners are a one-time purchase. You get full, lifetime access to your dashboard and all its features without any hidden fees or recurring subscriptions.

Are these Notion templates or Excel spreadsheets?

Neither! Norixa planners are custom-built, standalone interactive HTML web applications. You don't need to purchase or install Notion, Excel, or Google Sheets to use them. Our products feature stunning, premium user interfaces that are highly interactive, automated, and much more intuitive than traditional static templates.

Depending on the product you purchase, Cortex can help automate your workflow — from reading receipts for budget tracking to suggesting daily routines in your habit planner. (Note: Using the AI features does require an active internet connection to process your requests).

Can I access my digital planners on my phone or tablet?

For the best experience and data persistence, we highly recommend using your downloaded planner on a desktop or laptop computer. Because the application runs locally and saves data directly to your device's browser, data won't automatically sync between your computer and your phone.

Do you offer refunds for digital downloads?

Due to the nature of digital products and instant downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. However, if you experience any technical issues opening your digital dashboard, please message us and we will be happy to assist you immediately!
